This document is an official proposal (public offer) by the travel company OkeyTour (the "Company") to enter into a contract for the provision of travel and related services on the terms set out below.

1. Terms and definitions

  • Company — OkeyTour, providing services through the okeytour.uz website and the mobile application.
  • Customer — an individual submitting a request for travel services.
  • Services — selecting, booking and arranging tours, excursions and related services.

2. Subject of the offer

The Company undertakes to provide the Customer with services for selecting and arranging a travel product, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for those services in accordance with the terms of the chosen tour and this offer.

3. Submitting a request

A request can be submitted through the website, the mobile application or by phone. The contract is considered concluded once the Company has confirmed the request and agreed the terms of the tour with the Customer. Acceptance of this offer takes place when the Customer acts to arrange and/or pay for the services.

4. Price and payment

The price of the services is set at the time of booking and depends on the chosen tour operator, destination, dates and accommodation terms. Payment is made in the manner and within the deadlines agreed when the request is submitted. Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Company undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information about the travel product;
  • secure the booking of the chosen services after payment;
  • inform the Customer promptly about any changes to the tour.

The Customer undertakes to:

  • provide accurate details required for the booking;
  • pay for the services on time;
  • independently make sure the required documents (passport, visas and so on) are valid.

6. Changing and cancelling a booking

The terms for changing and cancelling a tour are set by the rules of the specific tour operator and service providers. On cancellation, costs actually incurred and penalties may be withheld in accordance with those rules.

7. Liability of the parties

The Company is not liable for the actions of third parties (tour operators, airlines, hotels, consulates) or for force majeure events. The parties bear liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Personal data

By submitting a request, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
